cant post to threads. apparently starting a discussion "syncs" your account with the forums. Can't find any other way to accomplish this so here goes nothing.
edit: that didn't do shit. cant log into the game (1B error), cant post to forums, my account here has the wrong level and now my friends list is missing. good times
Your account shows to me as level 142 now. As the "account sync" thread pinned in this board says, it can take a few minutes to sync after you post a thread or use the synchronization thread.
The in client issues are known and being worked on by Riot, as you can see from the server status notice in the top right of the boards (on computer), or in client.
