1B error

did everything, including reinstalling, running as admin, logging out and back in several times, repairing from settings and getting an invite from a friend. All I succeeded in doing was somehow losing my friends list in the process. I can't post to thread here either. Can start a discussion, but not post to existing ones? Makes no sense to me. Beginning to get curious about DOTA.....

edit2: tried to log in for giggles. not finding server now. maybe they'll have their shit together tomorrow. riot, you fuckin owe me for making me spend time with the wife. RP will be acceptable ;)
