Participate in another forum/boards

For some time, the servers of LAS and LAN have been administratively united, so we have the same rioters must enter different accounts to participate in the forum, as well as users.

In the forum of NA involved people from different servers, I wanted to ask if it is possible for LAS and LAN to work similar, that with the same account we can participate with each other.

As an extra, I know that the predominant language in our regions is Spanish, but several would like to participate in NA without having to make another account, commenting in English of course. Could we also have a trial time for we can participate with you? Is it technologically complicated?
