What happen to the discussion board?

I love League of Legends and have been playing this game since Season 3. Since then I've always been a fan of the forums, but boy have the changed a lot. One thing I've always noticed is that when something big changes, tons of people complain. It's normal and I mean no disrespect to anyone. I do it myself sometimes lol. I haven't been playing League as much as I really want to since my computer is broken and I just haven't had the time like I used to, but I always visited the forum boards to keep up with what people are talking about.

Dude all I have been seeing since like mid-end season 7 into season 8 people nonstop complaining about literally everything.

All I see is disrespectful posts about Riot changes, Character Designs, Abused strats in the meta, and how everything is "OP"

As for someone who hasn't been playing this game as consistent as I used to, I don't think this game is lets say as broken as what people are depicting it to be. I think Riot does an amazing job when it comes to changes and balances. I remember reading a post a long time ago and credit to who ever made it but he really changed my mind when it came to balancing the game. Everyone has to remember the only way Riot could really make balanced changes is through high elo since that's where everyone has the same skill level. I agree with that 100%.

The other thing too would be that all these changes have made everyone better at the game. If I compared my skill to myself back in season 3, 4, 5, I have definitely gotten WAY better as player, and it's because of all these changes. I've been a consistent gold since season 4 which obviously nothing really in the elo ladder but if I could play Season 3 and 4 again and abuse all the "op" stuff back then Oh boy 8^).

Idk why I made this post I just feel like everyone is attacking Riot and I feel bad. I love Riot. I really do :(. Why can't we be friends?
