Where should I drop Ideas/concepts for skins? & Complaint of Riot member

I don't believe it should be in Memes & Games and to say as such feels like an insult. I was having fun with my post even so I was still serious about having made the post even if it wasn't considered. I don't have the art ability of your companies payed designers so I thought it would be fine explained, to be painted mentally at the time. I could understand if I was told General Discussion although in due respect it seemed better to report this as disregarding or apathetic since it was deleted instead of moved.

P.S.: In the screen-shot at the bottom was an image of an upside down snowmen by-an-by it was a visual aide and it was something I took at liberty using in my post, which at quick glance can be seen as a meme (which can pooled in with Internet memes) which is why I called my final remark in the aforementioned paragraph as it was. I never had trouble making posts like it before except with out the visual aides, which I've now deleted those as of this report/ticket.

Assuming carelessness as casual behavior can have irreparable complications.

~~P.S.S.: Why I didn't use Discord or the boards to mention this was that it would have been a good way for others to just passively use it as an insult, degrading explanation or quickly ending in lack of it. I can say with certainty it would've happened if it's anything like player behavior in your game and it's scary. Alienating even. I do say that out of having played those other modes recently even if not on this account regardless of positive or negative. Muting doesn't help if they made up and you didn't know. I'm too hopeful and willing for constructive change. ~~
