Personally I think the people at Riot take toxicity way more seriously than they need to, mainly because they focus on the toxicity in players more than leavers or afkers or the people that int. I don't think 1 person has been unbanned from a perma ban. Please know that any game with a chat that there is going to be some conflict. you shouldn't take it so seriously. Let's look at Tyler 1Draven a toxic person at first, but he did good for his team and didn't leave or afk he just said some mean stuff, and now you guys won't even let him play, when he is reformed. It's just fucked up to see such an amazing game be like this... Draven

Well, people who intentionally feed are punished pretty aggressively, actually.

But as for the rest? It makes my experience MUCH worse to be insulted, belittled, and cursed out for 35 minutes than it does to have someone leave, play my best with a fun team knowing we'll lose, get crushed, and surrender at 20 minutes. I'll take a losing game with a fun team over a winning game full of assholes any day. :)

It takes a lot to get permanently banned and the fact he managed to get gbanned more than 20 times.. well, deserved,
