Why, just why. I waste money in this game just to get banned. All I do is call people fucking trash and that's enough to get perma fucking banned... In addition to the above (all of which is either unsportsmanlike or unnecessarily insulting), you spend most of your time rubbing your teammate's subpar performances in their faces, which is super unsportsmanlike and just generally a dick move.

The reason you were permanently banned is because bans escalate if your behavior remains below the minimum acceptable behavior. You received a 14-day ban previously, which means the next ban for any level of punishment is a permanent ban. You then proceeded to be insulting to your team and unsportsmanlike in general. This triggered another punishment, and, although the offense was less than your previous one (this behavior being the sort that typically only earns a chat restriction if the account is otherwise clean), it escalated you to the next level since you had not sufficiently reformed your behavior.

Chat is NOT there to "talk shit." It is there to allow teams to communicate productively, and to enable teamwork and generally positive interactions. If you cannot bring yourself to use it for those purposes and abstain from insulting or demeaning your fellow players, Riot would prefer you find another game to play.

Okay, lets start with the first ban.

Riot had a zero tolerance policy for hate speech and slurs. You understand this and accept the first punishment, good on you. Now to this ban. I don't know how long ago you came off that ban but assuming it wasn't long ago you are now on thin ice. Simple harassment would escalate it to a perm ban. You admit to being toxic in your game (was this the only game in logs?).

Glad you don't care if people call you names or whatever. However, other people do. It is rated T due to: Blood and Gore Use of Alcohol Use of Tobacco Violence

No where on that list does it mention language due to players. That is more of the Summoner Code rather than ESRB.

You are right, chat does exist for a reason. That reason is to try and communicate with your team effectively. Being effective does not include harassing team mates, calling for reports (your instance could actually be a reportable for calling so much.), or even belittling the enemy. Are those cases going to happen? Yes, because humans are dicks to others; but we can still be better.

After reading your chat logs, you would have probably warranted a chat restriction anyways. It seems you spent more time typing and blaming team or champions rather than playing.

I recommend strong doses of an antidepressant and possible psychiatric evaluation, followed by some yoga and deep breathing. Chat isn't there to talk shit. That's literally the dumbest thing I've heard on the boards. It's there for you to communicate in general. Being a part of a community means you have to treat people with enough respect that they don't want you to leave. What you're doing is trying to take us back to the stone age mentality, and we've been past that for a long time. Get some psychiatric help.
