A Queue for people who want their role

I may be alone here, but I would prefer to have a Ranked queue that did not have Autofill enabled.

I would rather wait 10 minutes than have people who don't know their roles; I'm in Ranked to win and climb, not teach people how to Jungle or Support whilst I'm trying to progress.

I'm not saying this queue should be the only queue, I'm fine with a riskier queue being an option. I may like this idea because I'm a Support Main (though not playing so much Supp in Ranked right now because it's nigh on impossible to carry from), I may like this idea because I'm a tryhard.

Whatever, please stop forcing me to play with "I can't [x role], swap or feed", because they usually feed whatever happens...

In the hypothetical world where both queues exist, which would you list and why?
