Anyone else feel like after honor came out even though you are rank 2 u get less key fragments?

I have not been punished in who knows how long, im rank 2 in honor and i usually get one honor a game and i feel like key fragments drop like snails now. is that just me?

I honor less people now. It makes me sad I can't honor a worthy opponent.

Yeah because either your teamate becomes toxic or they dodged so they rfuse to honer anyone. Thus denying anyone of key frags
