People don't care, majority of them. On whatever level you play or elo you play in and no matter how much you want to practice to improve for Season 10 as a player overall, you can't because people use "its just a preseason bro idc" excuse. It's insanely hard to win a game in soloQ because of this and unless you are lucky to get decent human beings, you won't win at all.

I don't mind people 'not caring' in normals right now, but why are you ruining soloQ?

People here play ranked for fun and not to win. This game is filled with filthy casuals.

Unironically very true. It happened to me the other day. I was playing ranked and my whole team was just refusing to play the game, but also refused to FF. My mood went down considerably. I was just wondering why did I even que up? I was so much happier before and now I'm just angry and want to break something.
