I just posted something in "gameplay" section but it's not showing up.
Does a mod have to review my post first before it's published or did I not post I correctly?

It’s there it looks like. Remember that new posts don’t show up on “Hot” view immediately - but they do show up on “New” - you can change your viewing mode under the board title above the threads.

You can always see your posting history by going to your profile on the top right of the page and going to "Boards Profile". If you're viewing the thread list on the front page (either on boards home or the individual sub-board), check your sorting type at the top.
