Mobile Report?

I understand the boards are not designed to be perfect on mobile devices but I have noticed something a bit odd about reporting on it.

I am not able to report the topic post it seems. On my mobile I would not be able to report this part of my post. Every reply that comes after I would have the option though.

Am I simply overlooking the report button? If I needed to flag a post for something, would I need to report a comment to draw attention to it?
