Where can I go to have an unbiased discussion about a rioter?

You can’t go anywhere to have an «unbiased» discussion because you are clearly already biased.

You meant where you can go to submit a complaint? Support i guess.

You're never going to find an unbiased opinion because whether people love them or hate them people have a biased opinion, however if you have a complaint I do suggest you take it to those above the person in question.

You could submit a ticket to Player Support if you wanted to give your concerns, which would likely get back to someone, although I can't say who and I don't believe there would be a discussion so much as an opportunity to share your concerns.

Without more knowledge of the type of complaint you'd like to make, I can't really suggest anything.

Well considering they have had 10+ people from this community complain about that rioter just to have their tickets closed by that rioter I doubt thats a fair way to go about it.

And it would also be regarding one herald slandering a poster in dms and on the moderation discord and others ignoring mounting dread making up a ridiculous story about fake court documents despite photographic evidence of both.
