New Players Board!

When I was on the old forums, there was a section for New Players. I made a few friends from that board when I was a newbie and later on would check on it to add/befriend new players in order to help them out. I was wondering if there's the possibility of bringing that back since none of the board categories really fit that population of players, and it would probably be helpful for them to get tips from veterans or find friends who are in the same new player stage as them.
