[GAMEPLAY] Pool Party Taric's W blinks excessively

When linked to an ally and using the Pool Party Taric skin, my W link keeps blinking every time I move towards/away from my ally ever since last two patches. I just tried it again in practice tool on practice dummies, and it seems to blink when I hold down my space bar and move.
