Detailed Time Stamps?

Is there a way to get more detailed time stamp in a post? Or can you tell me if the time stamps round up/down?

I was thinking of doing a game/contest on M&G. The "Last Comment" game where you have to hold the last comment spot for X amount of time to win. I would rather remove the risk of decalring a winner falsely though because an esitmated time stamp rounded up to 8 when someone actually had 20 minutes to block; or waking up and seeing comment 9 hours ago and another 1 hour ago but not knowing if the hour rounded down.

Hovering over the "about X ago" will give you an exact time stamp, and I'm sure if you tried you could write a script to automatically change it (but it'd be something you'd ahve to do it's not built into boards).
