Still sitting at an unusual ping since the new patch

Ever since the last patch ping still up to 70-100 when prior to the patch it was around 46ish. Id like to know if it will be temporary or not. Kinda frustrating if it'll be like this for a while. Its playable but not smooth at all. Used to be in the 20s before the move to chicago.
