The comment was literally,

"Meanwhile Kayn weeps in the abyss between oblivions...idiot."

It is literally a line Rhaast says in base Kayn talking about how Kayne wasted his potential after he takes over.

Personally I don't care if the comment is restored I just need clarity on if we're allowed to meme along with our fellow summoners using champion quote or not.

Was it on this account? I can't actually seem to locate the action in question, and I'd like to investigate and possibly restore the comment. This one is almost certainly fine (pending context -- if you're using it to actively insult someone it wouldn't be), but there are a lot of champion lines and we don't have them all memorized.
