Moar Filtering of Red Tracker

Just some ideas for either optional/mandatory filters for teh Red Tracker for discussion:

1. Filter it so that "Red Response" posts (i.e. posts created by a Red as an AMA or similar where they may have 50+ responses by the end) either don't show up or only show up once.

2. Similarly, filter so that posts with more than 2-3 Red responses only show up once in the list.

Thoughts? :)
