Riot Ignoring Ping Issues

They disabled our ability to submit tickets now. They refuse to address what is going on. Why can't Riot say anything on this?

Upvote and comment this thread and see if we can get vision on this to make riot aware of the sudden increase in ping on the Chicago servers. The game feels really bad. Its better if we have a thread with a large number of comments and upvotes than 50 threads with the same topic.

They don't just disable the ticket system altogether, you should try clearing your browser cache. If you are unable to submit a ticket steal you should try reaching out to them on @riotsupport Twitter.
