Riot Ignoring Ping Issues

They disabled our ability to submit tickets now. They refuse to address what is going on. Why can't Riot say anything on this?

What is the error that it's giving you when you try? We can't really help you without more information.

One thing I'd try is using an "incognito" or private mode window on your favorite browser and seeing if it works. There are some extensions that conflict with the support site (ex adblocker) and private mode disables them temporarily.

Are you aware of this ping issue happening to charter users? That's all I care about. I just want to know if Riot is fixing this because LoL is unplayable until they do.

I am not aware personally of any issue that is widespread - while we do not work for Riot and are not support agents, they do tend to post and/or inform the community on the boards when there are widespread issues.

This is why it's important you communicate with them in a support ticket so that they can, if there is a widespread/Riot side issue, fix it.

Upvote and comment this thread and see if we can get vision on this to make riot aware of the sudden increase in ping on the Chicago servers. The game feels really bad. Its better if we have a thread with a large number of comments and upvotes than 50 threads with the same topic.

They don't just disable the ticket system altogether, you should try clearing your browser cache. If you are unable to submit a ticket steal you should try reaching out to them on @riotsupport Twitter.
