Can I make an appointment to talk to a mod in the Discord?

My mod ping is not the only one in the boards-report-room channel, and the prior ping is from four days ago. I'm hoping that it was handled immediately and the mod who handled it just forgot to clean up the ping message, but I'm concerned that that person has been pulling a Bear Grylls so they don't keel over and die while waiting to talk to a mod. My schedule won't allow me to sit here for four days straight. Can I make an appointment? Why isn't it all by appointment in the first place? Sitting around and wondering whether anyone's even there doesn't seem to be working too well.
