A Thought on Victorious skins

Ok so I was talking with a buddy of mine about Victorious skins and we both saw the old nexus post on how riot decides who qualifies for a victorious skin but a question came up about Victorious morgana I believe when the skin came out she was classified a mid lane mage however today most see her as support. So the question came up does if a champions role updates after the release of their skin would that make their original role eligible or their new one ineligible of a victorious skin?
