Calling runes reforged icons

I'm not sure the exact terminology, but the way I can have champion icons , summoner spell icons and item icons , there should be a way to call the runes, particularly since certian runes (Dark Harvest in aram) have a significantly higher impact than say a summoner icon or an item.
