No €100 riot points to buy

Hi I made this post to ask why there is only upto 50 euro worth of riot points i can buy at a time. Why is there no 100 euro. I heard it is a great increase between buying 2 50s and 1 100. Is this only on EUW or on all servers there is only up to 50?
