So recently i played a match where i was rather getting tilted and i was like in my team chat, man f**k that champion ( towards the enemy player champ) but not towards my teammates or anything. But my teammate report me for being toxic? but i never said anything horrible towards anymore. Will i get a ban? i already got a 10 games one, will i get a 24 game ban?

Cursing is fine, provided it's not at someone, isn't hate speech (or the C-word), isn't excessive, and isn't otherwise offensive.
"Fuck Zed. That ult is bullshit," for example, is fine.
If you've had an actual ban, then you really need to be careful on what you say. The next step is a permaban. If it was just a chat restriction, I suggest being more careful, but you're not on super thin ice yet.
If your teammates did report you for being toxic, it's possible. The bot doesn't check for context all that well (although I believe Riot's improved it to where it can tell a distinction between "Fuck Akali braindead champ" and "Fuck you DuskDaUmbreon go suck a dick").
I suggest being more careful in the future, but you should be fine.
Yeah, a general statement is fine. Doing it constantly is annoying and might be seen as griefing. Generally speaking, if you're saying the enemy sucks, do it in team chat.
