Hi, I'm from the OCE region and I found (i think) a bug. When I logged into the boards, I tried making a discussion in the OCE boards but it didn't let me. It only works for me in NA.
Also, I went to my OCE boards profile I'm level 6, but I'm level 14. I went to my NA boards profile and it displayed "Level 14".
Hey there! Apologies for the late response. Are you still having issues posting on the OCE Boards?
So Riot's architecture is rather interesting, when it comes to their websites. Since they are on different domains, they all require different logins. If you have two accounts (one in NA one in OCE) with the same username/password, then you will need to log in for each.
To do that, go to the OCE boards, and try to post a new discussion (you don't actually need to post it, just need to get it to bring you to the login page). Login as normal, but be sure that the Oceana region is selected (it should be just below the "remember me" checkbox.
Once you login like that, you should be able to keep logged into both OCE and NA boards. Hopefully this helps, but if not, Wuks or other Riot Support would be your best bet.
Edit: Even if you don't have two accounts, you might want to try the steps above, it can't hurt :)
