This is my 2nd time facing the priority queue, which is 10 minutes. But it wasn't my fault! I had to get off the computer, and I had to eat too! It wasn't my fault! I didn't even want to leave, my parents said that I could use the computer later and I had to go.

The punishment fits the crime. You wasted other peoples' time. Thus, Riot is making you feel what it's like to have your time wasted.
If you're living at home, there are two key things you need to do:
Make sure your parents know the game can't be paused and there are other people relying on you to play the whole game
Check with your parents before starting a game that there isn't anything they want/need you to do.
If you can't arrange things with your parents to avoid leaving, you may need to accept that LoL just isn't a good game for you until you can either move out or play somewhere else

Yes, it wastes your time because you wasted the time of up to 9 other players when you left a match early. If this kind of stuff is happening to you frequently enough for you to trigger a Leaverbuster punishment, then it's your responsibility to find a solution. You need to be able to work things out with your parents to find time where you can play uninterrupted, and make sure that you set aside enough time to play.
