While LP gains are busted i have not seen 1 Rioter commenting in those regards

I won't bash this ridicules patch, just wanna know reason behind LP gains errors.

Can we get some kind of answer why all of sudden in 1 patch, 1 night, 1 change all players experience fatal changes in LP win/loss.

Why is nobody in charge talking about this? Why is there nothing in patch notes?
