I'm not sure why this is especially interesting, as it's what we tell people currently. Some people just do not choose to believe it:

  1. We have Riot oversight, and that oversight has the authority to remove moderators they believe are harmful to the community or the program.
  2. We have internal oversight, with the Heralds handling situations or escalating them to Keyru as appropriate for the severity, frequency of occurrence, and believed intent (occasional mistake vs. pattern indicating an abuse of power, for example).
  3. We have generally proven ourselves to be accurate enough and reliable enough to earn Riot's trust.
  4. A support ticket is always an option, but Discord is the preferred place for resolution.
