Why calling someone n%%%%r or f%%%%t leads to comment deletion, but calling someone cancer does not?

Gaming forums, teaching kids how to not be intolerant degenerates since '17, never saw this coming but I am impressed. Also, beat me to it. Someones gotta teach these 10 year olds something since their parents are clearly too busy.

Probably because society has not yet advanced to a point where it is widely acceptable to self-identify as a tumor.

I can understand the pinned comment's argument, though it would be better to not encourage people to still call others cancer as that is still an intended insult and personal attack towards others. I'm pretty sure that calling someone a disease is still an attempted insult, and the Universal Rules do say to be respectful.

The Golden Rule

Always be respectful to players, community members, moderators, and Rioters. Harassment and insults will not be tolerated (“just playing” is NOT a catch-all excuse).

so if you could address the people that are calling others cancer and remind them to cut it out, that would be great <3
