Due to the fact that the current system only sends report feedback to the people that were in the last match before a punishment, there are people that almost never receive it, and some that never got a message even once since its release, even after reporting discrimination and etc.
I'd like to ask if there are any plans of improvement of feedback system.

Let's try to get some upvotes for this and maybe we will see some action. I've suggested adding an option to report people even if: you didn't get to the actual match because someone afk'd during champ select, you lost connection post-game and never got a chance to report OR RECOGNIZE (TEAMWORK, HELPFUL/FRIENDLY). Riot employee asked me to move it to different section, so I did. Maybe they'll consider implementing some of it.
Why should we have this?: Others and I have experienced games where someone wants your role and either threatens to feed if you don't trade with the, actually does feed, bans the champ you indicated you wanted to play or has a teammate do it for them (even had people ban 2 of my champs in this way), or picks for your role forcing you to either take their role or leave their role unfilled while there are 2 people playing your role. That kind of attitude should not be tolerated, yet the current system let's much of it go unpunished because it cannot be reported in many instances.

I agree, can we see some dev feedback on this? It seems that over the last few weeks to months this game has been getting incredible more toxic...... There are some days i don't have to do a single report, and there are some days i have to send in reports every single game due to; racism /hate speech, harassment, feeding, etc..... it is getting crazy, so many players are turning into brats and feed or harrass all game if they do not get the lane and champ they want......... RIOT.... speak to your customers and advise how you plan to take care of this... will we ever see an update on how reporting / banning works? will any of us ever know if any of these reports actually do anything besides waste our time?

They need to scrap the automated system entirely and bring back an improved version of the Tribunal.
They have been constantly updating it to what they see is better. Muting and xDay bans are still in the coding, but its never used. recently its only been perma ban for any sort of banter that some premade spam reports
I hope so I want a way to report these toxic junglers and players intentionally griefing and throwing games...
I know a couple of games I got recently were higher elo players in bronze, that is cook I respect that and understand I do need to improve...
But that is no reason for a player to intentionally just run into my lane and feed the enemy giving them red/blue buff at level 4 or 5 , then refused to respond to why they did it, then wonder why I or another player is doing so bad after they intentionally troll and do nothing to benefit group fights, and stick the enemy ahead...
There needs to be an option to get rid of players doing this in games I know its worse when a new season starts but its awful trying to advance, only to have players like this intentionally hold you back, and I know its intentional because the player could have came in earlier and gotten a (FREE KILL) given we were both low and they were 1 hit but he would of win the fight, rather than go in after I come back from death and intentionally give kill and buffs to the enemy who is less than half hp.
There is no reason I should have to be typing /mute all either because players don't respond to things or respond with toxic comments when doing awful because a player intentionally tilted early game.
