If you get a bunch of downvotes, you MIGHT- not saying are- MIGHT be wrong.

Maybe when you start getting a lot of downvotes, like 10-30, you MAY be wrong. Maybe you should stop arguing for your cause and humble yourself because nothing you say will make you correct. There's a saying I like to go by. When you like to say that all people under 5'5" should be lynched and killed and everyone disagrees with you, it's not that they're all wrong, it's just that you MIGHT be wrong. Please, see things from the 10 other people's perspectives instead of just arguing for your own and then proceeding to perform ad hominem.

You might be wrong even if everyone agrees with you. Sometimes people are misinformed or swayed too easily by emotion. Though, yes, if everyone is against you it would be good to try and reevaluation your position and understand why they disagree with you.

That example is excessive OP, I suggest changing it.

So you are saying that you MIGHT also still be right? What's the point of this thread?

I agree, downvotes are pointless and should be removed.

I'd rather be that tenth man and encourage "well, why the feth not?", usually with a reason (if possible).

example : "you can't make a support play jungle!" > "Why the feth not? Soraka can do it at lv3 with help"

Sounds like heresy to just AGREE with ideas/decisions based upon sound logic and reasoning.
