Adressing other sites for champ stats

Am I allowed to ask about whether guide/build/champ stats sites and apps are allowed to be used in game.

Mainly I'm wondering if apps to help counterpick and ban are allowed such as a program from ch******.gg are allowed t be discussed or does that count as advertising? I want to know if a certain statistics app is allowed during drafts in ranked.

You’re allowed to ask, and the official Riot position is usually “At your own risk”.

Programs are not prohibited if they do not interact with the League client or attempt to intercept or alter data (clicks/etc) to/from Riot’s servers. Most apps like that would not be prohibited, but if the app is either updated or has services in it that trigger Riot’s detection, that’s your risk.
