I want to gift my friend emote but this feature is not in the game

i don't get why i can't give emotes, they're cheep and it would be a nice gift please add that to the game

the reason why is because i have 2 friends and both of them are otp and i can't give them skins for their champion because they already have them all [slayer-jinx-unamused]
