Riot support team lying after making a mistake
i can't believe that Riot can make a mistake and after that mistake i get punished for it and the punishment is banned for 2 weeks i was so likely that my banned will be removed after talking to the support team but instead of helping me riot support team took 5 days and after that they send me another game saying this is the actual reason why you're banned and i understand it's just 2 weeks but i payed about 400$ in this account and the second time i get banned i'll get it permanently here is a proof of what i'm saying
there isn't game2 or anything else involved so it's an error, but riot team took 5 days to reply and in each day all what they had to say to me is "Thanks for reaching out to us. We are currently investigating the situation of your account and will get back to you as soon as possible." until this day that's what they told me
this doesn't make any sense taking 5 days to find a (single) game that i flamed in and it was (urf) not ranked after i had 4 members in my team flaming me and after getting an error when (riot support team themselves told me your banned is an error) but without removing it and saying that we're sorry but instead of unbanning you after that error we're actual not gonna unbanned but we're gonna punish for another game you played
that does not make any sense and this's a company not a person so you can make a simple mistake like this, and it still shows in my client that i got banned for game1 only nothing changed at all so this is not a mistake this whole thing is just a lie from Riot support team i don't understand why they're doing this to me
