Additional Clarity on Links

Before I head off to the Misc. Boards, I just wanted to take the time and double check if it was okay to post a type of link. The link I wanted to post is Humblebundle.com .

I'm not here to advertise to buy stuff from them (Would if allowed though), but more to spread the word about a free game opportunity. In this case it is "Spec Ops: the Line" occasionally they give away free games, as does GoG.com . i just wanted to know if posting about free game opportunities was okay and if Misc would even be the correct board.

If it is okay, would it also be okay to necro that thread when new chances become available or would making a new post be better?

I don't think anyone would look down upon being linked to genuine free games. There isn't anything in the Universal Rules against it either. So I guess it's fine to do so.
