Suddenly, an account on the Boards has no Notices, Messages, and says you Must be Level 7 to reply.

Does anyone know what causes this?

I just had an account I use to type suddenly lose all its past conversations, and when I try to reply to a thread, It says "must be level 7 to reply"

All my accounts are level 30+ (most 40-50), so I'm curious if anyone knows what this means.
