Is this really a justified suspension?

So this happened right before the suspension - I had my usual annoying debates with someone, and he happens to be a mod, In the end of the conversation he said - (the conversation was about the validity of the IFS)

They've shared their data with 3rd party research institutes upon request. ... So far, every 3rd party has confirmed that it works as intended, and that Riot's statements about their systems are correct.

ofc I asked for resources, he didn't replied back, so it is a valid assumption he just got angry and lied only to "win an argument" and by me asking for sources it just showed.

After few hours, in a different post, someone said he is quitting league and deleting his account, I said -

I think you can sell it instead of deleting it

And boom suspension (no warning no nothing), I have no prior warnings or anything in his forum and I'm sure I can find plenty other threads in which someone say they think someone can do something that isn't in the TOS,

From that, I'm sorry for the language, it is obvious that he got butt hurt and leashed out on me with the power he posses, I don't think he fits to be a mod, a lot of people are annoying, as a mod you should know that and not let your pettiness get the better of you.

Do not post content advocating or soliciting violations of the Terms of Use, Summoner’s Code, or Board Rules. Players encouraging this sort of behavior will be punished as if they had engaged in it themselves.

This comment is directly from the Board Universal Rules, and is standard enforcement. We reliably hit this when it is reported or seen.

That said, the individual you linked to is NOT a member of the NA moderation team, so I'm not sure what's going on here, nor can I find a removal like this in your violation history. Was this on another account, or on the EUW boards?

You should know the rules say you can't name another player in a negative fashion, so this post will likely be locked soon. You should also know that warnings are not typically given, and you should never expect one according to the TOS. Lastly, you should know you cannot suggest an alternative method to another player that breaks any rule of the TOS, which includes account selling. I say you should know these things because you are agreeing to the universal board rules by posting on the boards to begin with.

I'm also confused about your post. The first part does not correlate to the second, so I am not sure why it is even mentioned. I don't know anything about IFS, but getting into a dispute with a mod will never result in unfair treatment unless you resort to ad hominems. You didn't, so there is no reason to mention it here since it did not play a role in the suspension.
