Okay, this is going to help in the future.
When you have a problem? Don't immediately being a jerk about it and blame everyone else. It makes the people who need to help you not want to deal with you. This is true of every business.
Something went wrong. Ask nicely what went wrong. People will be willing to go the extra mile for someone who is respectful. I doubt you'll change your attitude now, but just think about it next time you as someone for something.

There are so many solutions to this problem and you chose to just be rude instead of (very easily) fixing it.
