Is there a way for us to find specific Rioter quotes from the Boards?

I often specifically remember when/what a Rioter has stated on a subject, but I never have the link(s) to go back to prove they actually said these things I claim. It'd help spread info and also correct the times where I or other members misinterpret the quote or misuse it.

Not without declaring and winning an honorable duel with the Board's Search function. Be careful though, failure nearly always results in insanity.

There is not such a feature, no. The best way to try is likely either Google, or using the Boards search feature with "Has Rioter Comments" turned on. It's...not the best search feature ever though.
