Think this new round of Alistar buffs will make him too strong?

As a season 3 Alistar main, I'm a little bit apprehensive. If he won't be as mana intensive and be tankier, I feel like this would give him a good excuse to build the buffed Ardent Censer (which works amazingly with his kit.)

With his sustain getting buffed due to the mana cost drops, do you think we'll see more of Alistar? I personally think he has a great kit for a support and in the hands of a skilled player can be very scary.
