Pentakill Sona is false advertising!
In the splashart she has a sleeve tattoo! but not in game :( The heck riot? Will this be addressed soon?

Splash arts are not necessarily representative of the in-game model. Look at Trundle (poor Trundle). Splash arts are a bit more free representations of the skins and not always (though often enough) accurate in the little details. You shouldn't be complaining about the splash to model differences but about the difficulty to check out a skins model I think.
