Let's get a Yorick before we worry about Mecha Yorick, huh?
Mecha doesn't really fit his design. Champions who currently have them (Mecha or Battlecast) are more monstrous (Though Malphite looks kinda ridiculous in my opinion, it fits better than Yorick), so a mechanical person wouldn't really fit with what's already been done. His overall shape doesn't fit with what would be good for a mecha skin. The construction design fits him well, though.
