JAX REWORK
"As Jax is so often banned and considered annoying i think its only right that he is nerfed."

Passive: Relentless Assault : Now only gets attack speed from 3rd consecutive basic attack with Grandmaster's Might.
"Jax shouldn't have that much damage in his gap closer, so I had his damage nerfed and added a bleed and slow because his lamp has sharp edges."
Q: Leap Strike : Now deals 30/50/70/100/150 damage with 30% AD Scaling (instead of 70/110/150/190/230 and 100% AD scaling and 60% AP Scaling). Removed AP scaling. [NEW] Added Bleed for 2 seconds and slow for 1.5.
"His W does a lot and I want to maintain that, however his main damage is in his basic attacks and I didn't want his W to reset the timer."
W: Empower : I think it resets timer Removed - doesn't reset timer.
"Counter Strike just isn't what I wanted, its more used to combo with his q then to actually counter strike."
E: Counter Strike : When Activating, gains +20 Movement speed. Now When you reactivate it, it only slows by 20% and deals 25/35/50/70/80 (instead of 50/75/100/125/150). When an enemy uses a basic attack on Jax, it automatically reactivate in their direction, but instead of slowing it will stun and has a 50% AD scaling. (Will not auto reactivate if hes not in range).
"Jax's ult doesn't seem fitting for being at lvl 6, so he now starts with it"
R: Grandmaster's Might : Removed Active Shield. (NEW) Now starts with Grandmaster's might. (NEW) Now has a passive that gives his 0/15/20/25 armor. Other Passive now does 25/100/125/150 Bonus Magic Damage and 15% AD Scaling and 30% AP Scaling every 3rd basic attack.
----SIDE NOTE--- None of this has been tested, so this is the base idea. May not be balanced.
