@Riot, Vel'Koz Quality of Life change

I was wondering if it would be possible to make Vel'Koz ult give vision of where it is shooting, kinda like Viktor laser or Lux ult. I always found it odd that his ult never gave him vision of where it is shooting, since it is a pretty bright ray of light. Also, I always found it kinda annoying when someone would flash or duck into bushes or Fog of War and I would have to guess where they are going and possibly waste my ult since I can't see them. And it's not like it has a low cooldown like Lux ult. So may I ask to give my favorite Void champion a little love?
