Quick PBE Skarner Question

I've read all the changes on the PBE about Skarner, and from what I see I like. Trading damage for more CC and stickiness is welcomed. However, I have a question about his Q (Crystal Slash). Since the damage has effectively been cut in half (ratios and base), what does the AD ratio scale at now? Live Skarner's Q is 80% of BONUS Attack Damage. Shouldn't new Skarner's Q scale off 40% of TOTAL Attack Damage? It seems they want Bruiser Skarner to prevail, but with the damage cut, how can he expect to duel? Since the tankier option is clear, it would make sense that total attack damage scaling would be better. However, I cannot find anywhere that lists his PBE ratios.

My question is, does PBE Skarner's AD ratio scale off Total or Bonus Attack Damage? If Bonus AD, shouldn't it scale off Total?
