Zilean Lag Skin - Idea to raise $$$ for East Coast servers

So a lot of people have been reporting poor LoL related internet performance with the past few patches. I'm playing in Michigan and have seen my ping jump up from 70-80 to ~110.

Instead of complaining about it, I propose that we as a community help Riot out by funding some east coast servers. To do this, I humbly petition Riot to offer up a special skin for a limited time. Since this is for fixing lag, it makes sense to have it related to Zilean the resident time mage.

I propose that Riot creates a limited edition Zilean lag skin, where all profits made from selling the skin go towards East Coast servers to combat lag. Could be a hilarious way to poke fun at a problem while simultaneously offering up a solution. I also think it would be fun to program in lag to Zilean's movements/jokes/taunts, although carefully so that he isn't a nightmare to hit with skillshots.

What do you think fellow summoners? Would you buy a Zilean lag skin knowing that the RP dollars are going towards a server closer to your hometown?
