Can we please talk about Viktor?

Since Viktor really only gets 5 items, can we make his designated item a little bit better? Make it have a 3rd form for gold like you had talked about awhile ago. That way he can properly scale into late game. Since his character is about technological advancement and such, maybe, since his hex core has 3 separate paths, give each of his paths another 3 separate, unique path, thus leading to more unique end game Viktors...truly a glorious way to separate himself from other champions.
