Can We Expect Battlecast Skarner Soon?

After looking over the new Skarner TU and Kit Updates, I must say I am impressed. I like where the direction for Skarner is going. The updates textures make him really look a crystal scorpion. That being said, I am disappointed in his skins. Not that they're bad, but that there is one that can be better. I'm talking about Battlecast Skarner. He is pictured in nearly every Battlecast splash art so far (including Creator Viktor). His stinger is a giant metal hook. You can observe him again in the bottom right of the Vel'Koz teaser:

In any case, my question is can we expect Battlecast Skarner within the year?
