Shaco
Would it be Overpowered if Riot gave Shaco Resets on his q. It would really help him as an assassin so he would have an efficient way to get out of the fight after killing his enemy

not really. The problem with this idea is your average DECENT shaco player has trouble getting kills in this meta without the target being priorly dmged, focus fired or KSing aas shaco runs by.
Ont he flip side once shaco gets started rolling he can stay that way... Honestly the best way to help shaco would be to give him some kind of utility/damage passive on one of his spells (like change his E's anti-minion passive to affect champs as well or something more damaging). Because lets be honest, compared to all the other assassins in this game shaco is the least popular now, and has more issues ganking a bruiser than a Season 2 support sona trying to kill a season 4 Yi in a straight out fist fight>.>
